Cancellation Policy

At Vithaldas Narayandas and Sons (“V. N. Sons”), we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations may be accepted.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed or dispatched.

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed through the original mode of payment or another appropriate method determined by V. N. Sons.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If a cancellation request is accepted after dispatch, applicable shipping, handling, or other reasonable charges may be deducted before processing any eligible refund.

Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order without a valid reason, V. N. Sons reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, return shipping, and handling charges before processing any eligible refund.

Modification of Orders

If you wish to modify your order after it has been placed, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, modifications cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Cancellation by V. N. Sons

V. N. Sons reserves the right to cancel any order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Product becoming unavailable.
• Pricing or technical errors.
• Payment verification failure.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where payment has already been received, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
